We engage communities through co-design workshops, build capacity through hands-on training, and support implementation with ongoing technical assistance. Meet the Team

Sarah Naa Dedei Agbey
Founder & Lead Advisor
Sarah is an experienced development practitioner with over 20 years' expertise in Planning, Organisational Development and Good Governance. She holds an M.Sc. in Regional Planning and Management from KNUST and University of Dortmund (Germany). She has worked with SNV-Ghana, rising to Deputy Country Director, and has extensive experience in climate change, renewable energy, environmental management, and capacity building. Sarah has implemented nationwide projects for UNDP, World Bank, Dutch Government and USAID, and served on Ghana's National Climate Change Committee.

Maxwell Bentil
Program Manager
Mr. Maxwell Bentil is a Development Planning and Management professional with over five years of experience in public sector planning, project coordination, and organizational development. He holds a Master’s degree in Planning from KNUST and has worked with organizations including MATT-MARI Rescue Foundation, Cocoa Marketing Company, Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly, and the Ghana Statistical Service. Passionate about project management and development analysis, Maxwell is known for his adaptability and results-driven approach.
