The Challenge
Government needed an evidence-based assessment of GSFP to unlock additional financing and improve programme delivery.
Our Approach
Led a World Bank–supported nationwide assessment covering 16 regions; engaged MMDA officials, head teachers, caterers, and beneficiary households; synthesized operational, financial, and nutrition data to produce recommendations for scale-up.
