The Challenge
The National Fisheries Association required constitutional updates and credible governance processes to improve accountability and member trust.
Our Approach
Facilitated an organisational development programme for NAFAG that included constitution review workshops, member consultations, and a transparent electoral process; drafted SOPs and clarified operational roles.
