The Challenge
Limited citizen engagement and transparency in public financial management at local government level.
Our Approach
Coordinated a nationwide social accountability programme across 46 MMAs; trained 30 CSOs, organised town-hall meetings, and facilitated citizen engagement with state actors to improve public financial oversight.
